How do I place an order?

1. Browse our collections to find your favourite Balm2theSoul goodies. 2. Once you're ready to order, send an email to balm2thesoul@gmail.com with your request. (We also make customized/special infused products so please free to ask!) 3. We will send you an invoice and a link to check out online (You also have the option to pay with e-transfer or Cash on Delivery).
Can I set up in-person Cash Delivery?

Yes, as long as you live within the GHA (Greater Hamilton Area). Just email us and let us know "Cash on Delivery" is your preferred payment method. We will reach out to you once we're ready with your order and will coordinate a delivery date and time.
Can I make a wholesale order?

Absolutely. Please leave us a message or email us with your wholesale inquiries & requests. Our email is balm2thesoul@gmail.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with more details and a wholesale price list.
How soon will I get my order?

Depending on the size of your order and your location, you may get your order within 2 days for local deliveries. Orders that require shipping will be processed within 1-3 days.
